Citizen Consult is the trade name (business name) of Citizen Indian Ocean Limited, a private company incorporated under Mauritian law (limited company limited by shares) with a share capital of MUR 1 ,000, registered with the Registrar of Companies in Port Louis (Mauritius) under number BRN C23201885, with its registered office at Villa Mithila, Chemin 20 Pieds, Grand Baie, Mauritius.
Citizen Indian Ocean Limited is a subsidiary of the Citizen International Group. Its parent law firm is SELAS Citizen France, whose registered office is located at 8 Cours de Tournon, 33000 Bordeaux, France.
Citizen Consult’s main activity is the provision of international legal advisory services.
Citizen Consult is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius) under its Global Legal Advisory Services Licence No. GB25204397.
Its legal representatives are Simon DECEUNINCK and Théo J. LE FLOHIC, who also act as publication directors of the website.
