We incorporate companies under Mauritian law, in various forms: local Limited companies (so-called “domestic”), offshore structures (GBC & Authorised Companies), soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile immobili\u00e8re …).<\/p>

This step is fundamental, as it will shape the entire life of the company. Particular attention is paid to the drafting of deeds, then to the completion of all formalities necessary for the registration of the company with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).<\/p>

Capital Operations, Partnerships & Company Development<\/h2>

Citizen Consult implements the entry admission of new shareholders to the share capital (legal audit, restructuring, negotiation of transfer protocols, asset and\/or liability guarantees…) and assists them in the organisation of their relations within the structure (shareholders’ agreement, changes in management…).<\/p>
